*Adds a level of protection for acting Board Members serving on Homeowner’s Association Boards.

*Takes some responsibility off of your busy property manager’s plate and allows them to focus on the financial and administrative aspects of the daily operation of the Homeowner’s Association.

*Ensures that issues and violations of the Covenants and Restrictions will be addressed and that follow up will happen

*Gives the Board Members a Weekly and/or Monthly status report of the Covenant violations being addressed in the subdivision.

*Brings extensive professional knowledge of Zoning and Municipal Codes to the Board Members and Property Managers of the Homeowner’s Association, thereby saving the Board and/or Property Managers from pursuing issues that should and can be enforced by the Municipal and Local Governments.  (We follow up on the status of issues turned over to the municipalities as well!)
